BUCKET ELEVATOR

The Vantec Bucket Elevator was designed for the vertical transport of bulk products with a high degree of efficiency, its transport speed is defined by the product to be transported and can be adapted to the needs of each customer. It has wide inspection doors facilitating access for maintenance and cleaning, being optional a forced aspiration system, movement and alignment sensors, a design of easy operation, maintenance and high technology.

LOW SPEED HAMMER MILL

Used to micronize cereals, it has a robust structure, its rotor was designed without welds in its manufacture, driven by a low speed motor, dynamically balanced, its dimensions were calculated for a better power/production ratio, the side openings and the braking system allow easy access and a quick stop to change sieves and hammers.

HORIZONTAL BATCH MIXER

The horizontal mixer with paddle system is designed for mixing feed and mineral supplements, its robust construction allows a long service life even under severe operating conditions, the body design assists in the mixing process and addition of liquids. The register is of the transverse sliding type with brackets to regulate and guides keeping the mixer sealed and reducing maintenance.

SQUARE DOSAGE SCALE

With a rectangular shape, the BDQV models have a reduced size, facilitating the implementation in existing structures, they were designed with a minimum inclination of 60° and rounded corners, aiming at a better discharge of the products and avoiding cross contamination, with a bag filter for decompression and inspection and cleaning door.
